Client Relations Specialist - Remote Work

Olvi, a leading beverage company in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Client Relations Specialist at Olvi, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. This includes handling client inquiries, resolving client issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.

To be successful in this role, you must be hardworking and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. Strong problem-solving skills and creativity are also key requirements for this position.
