Client Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Aiven is seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Assist clients with account management tasks such as updating information and processing payments - Conduct research to address client questions and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions to client issues - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation - Continuously seek opportunities to improve the client experience and provide feedback to the team

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to conduct thorough research to address client inquiries - Motivated and resourceful approach to problem-solving - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - High school diploma or equivalent
