Client Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Service Manager to join our team at Kesko, a leading retail company based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. This is a part-time remote position that requires someone with a strong background in client service and management. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role and be confident and adaptable in their approach to handling client relationships.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Manage a team of client service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address any issues that may arise - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall client service experience - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction - Track and analyze client service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Provide regular reports to management on client service performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in client service management - Strong project management skills - Excellent decision-making abilities - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
