Client Service Representative - Remote Work

Normet, a global leader in underground construction and mining equipment, is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This is a remote work opportunity at the associate level with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with clients - Manage multiple client accounts and ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain a database of client information - Provide feedback to management on ways to improve client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Adaptable and reliable with the ability to work independently in a remote setting - Excellent people management and time management skills - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
