Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Client Service Representative to join our team at Lean Entries. This is a remote work opportunity based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate solutions for client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and procedures - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
