Client Service Representative - Remote Work

GrainSense is seeking a motivated and independent Client Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist clients with product information, pricing, and order processing - Manage customer accounts and update information as needed - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth customer service operations - Provide feedback to management on customer trends, preferences, and satisfaction levels

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong presentation and persuasion abilities - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education preferred
