Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description: Ponsse, a global leader in sustainable forestry solutions, is seeking a motivated Client Support Officer to join our team in a remote work position based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. This is a part-time entry-level role ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat to clients across the globe - Troubleshooting technical issues with Ponsse products and services - Collaborating with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assisting with order processing and tracking - Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and gathering feedback - Documenting client interactions and maintaining accurate records in CRM software

Requirements: - Adaptability and a strong work ethic - Excellent project management skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
