Client Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Kojamo is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate level team member, you will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support - Assist clients with inquiries, issue resolution, and general support - Conduct thorough research to address client needs and provide accurate information - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience

Requirements: - Previous experience working in a customer support or client-facing role - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients - Resilient and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in people management and research soft skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
