Job Description:
Next Games, a leading mobile game developer based in Turku, Finland, is seeking a talented Client Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are driven, hardworking, and have a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients through various channels such as email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely and effective manner - Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are being met and address any concerns they may have - Collaborate with the internal team to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical solutions - Assist in testing software updates and providing feedback to the development team - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present technical information to non-technical clients - Excellent decision-making abilities and the aptitude to handle stressful situations professionally - Proficiency in using customer support software and ticketing systems - Familiarity with mobile games and a passion for the gaming industry - Availability to work part-time hours and flexibility to work remotely - Must be located in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland
