Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Support Specialist for remote work at Raisio plc in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. This is a part-time entry-level position with the possibility for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via email, phone, and chat. 2. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist clients with product selection, ordering, and account management. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system. 6. Participate in training programs to stay current on company products and processes. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas for enhancing the client experience.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. 4. High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
