Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

As a Client Support Specialist at IQM Quantum Computers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and assistance with their needs. This is a remote work position based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI, and is part-time with an Associate Level seniority. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role who is resourceful, resilient, a team player, and has excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and professional support to clients via email, phone, and other communication channels. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and technical problems efficiently. 3. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Educate clients on our products and services. 6. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the client support experience.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a client support role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
