Paptic, a leading sustainable packaging solutions provider based in Helsinki, Finland, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Contact Center Associate for remote work. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, and possess strong project management and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions - Meet and exceed key performance indicators set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment - Proficient in using CRM software and other contact center tools - Strong project management and planning skills - Energetic and confident personality traits - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
