Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our remote team at Finnlines. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center, ensuring exceptional customer service and support is provided to our customers. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of contact center agents, ensuring they are meeting performance targets and providing excellent customer service - Develop and implement contact center policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Train and onboard new contact center agents, providing ongoing coaching and support - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service and contact center management
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in contact center management or a related field - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in project management and decision-making - Highly motivated and energetic with a positive attitude - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
