Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Contact Center Manager to join our team at SingleStore. This is a remote work position based in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in contact center management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our contact center operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement contact center strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Manage and mentor a team of contact center agents, providing ongoing training and support - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive operational excellence - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions - Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our contact center operations - Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide customer service policies and procedures
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience in contact center management, preferably in a remote work setting - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team in a virtual work environment - Proficiency in CRM software and other contact center technology - Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed
