Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Fortum is seeking a part-time Contact Center Manager to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in contact center management.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of remote customer service representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency in the contact center - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
