Job Description: Kojamo, a leading company in the real estate industry, is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. This role requires a high level of energy and dedication to meet the needs of our customers effectively.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have, resolving them to their satisfaction. 4. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Requirements: 1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Energetic and dedicated personality traits. 4. Ability to effectively manage people and negotiate solutions. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
