Contact Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Varjo is seeking a motivated and passionate Contact Center Officer to join our remote team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails promptly and professionally - Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely manner - Providing product information and guidance to customers - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Hardworking and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations - Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Prior experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred
