Contact Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description: We are seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our remote team at Oura Ring in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time entry-level position, the Contact Center Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, possess excellent people management skills, and be able to think creatively to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about Oura Ring products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, and product functionalities - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Creative problem-solving skills - Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
