Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

10Monkeys is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contact Center Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Associate Level representative with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Provide product information and technical support to customers as needed - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong strategic planning and time management skills
