Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Finnlines, a leading shipping and logistics company. This is a part-time remote work opportunity based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI for an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or contact center roles.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers and partners - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing requests in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction - Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery
