Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

As a Contact Center Specialist at Measur, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a remote work position based in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland, offering part-time hours and an Associate Level seniority. We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat interactions from clients - Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and inquiries - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively - Utilize CRM software to document client interactions and update customer profiles - Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance standards - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist clients and contribute to team success

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Resilient and reliable with a strong work ethic - Attention to detail and strong decision-making skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
