Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Varjo. This is a remote work position based in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with inquiries, issue resolution, and product support - Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution - Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of company products and services

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers - Driven individual who is able to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances - Emotional intelligence and empathy in dealing with customer inquiries and concerns - Team player with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools - Flexibility to work part-time hours and occasional overtime as needed - Availability to work remotely and meet company deadlines
