Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Contact Center Specialist at Oura Ring, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries, issues, or feedback regarding our products and services. Your main responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will also be expected to troubleshoot technical issues, escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members, and provide product information and support to customers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work independently and remotely - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills - Must be adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
