Supercell is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Care Assistant to join our remote team in Tampere, Finland. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our players across various games. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will work part-time hours and have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to ensure a positive experience - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on game updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Negotiation and presentation skills - Resilient attitude and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
