Job Description:
Seriously Digital Entertainment is currently seeking a passionate and confident Customer Care Assistant to join our remote team in Vantaa, Uusimaa. As a part-time Associate level position, the Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. 3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers. 4. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the time limits. 5. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 6. Take the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction. 7. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently. 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 4. Passion for customer service and helping others. 5. Confidence in handling various customer inquiries and complaints. 6. Ability to work remotely and effectively communicate with team members.
