As a Customer Care Associate at Kamux, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. This part-time entry-level position does not require any prior experience, but we are looking for individuals who are driven and energetic, with a creative and strategic mindset.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies - Identify and escalate customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database - Assist in sales and after-sales processes as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and within a team - High school diploma or equivalent
