Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description: GrainSense is seeking a passionate and confident Customer Care Associate to join our remote team in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 6. Proactively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent negotiation and cooperation skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience working remotely and independently.
