Job Description:
Uponor, a leading manufacturer of sustainable solutions for heating, cooling, and plumbing systems, is seeking a Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time remote basis. This position will be based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI and is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience in customer care.
As a Customer Care Manager at Uponor, you will be responsible for managing our customer service team, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. You will develop and implement customer care policies and procedures, monitor customer satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the customer care team to deliver exceptional service to our customers - Develop and implement customer care strategies and initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Train and coach customer care team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements: - 6 years of experience in customer care or a related field - Passionate and confident attitude towards customer service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
