Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

Remedy Entertainment, a leading video game development company based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Officer to join our team. This is a remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via email, chat, and phone. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical problems related to our products. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to address customer feedback and improve products and services. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers. 2. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the entertainment or gaming industry. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strong decision-making skills and ability to think on your feet. 6. Innovative mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction. 7. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
