Job Description:
As a Customer Care Officer at Relex Solutions, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships with our customers. This is a part-time position with an associate level of seniority, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and improve our services - Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Adaptable and motivated individual who can thrive in a remote work environment - Strong cooperation and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Experience using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent
