Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

As a Customer Service Associate at M-Files, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and assistance to clients remotely. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancements. 7. Stay up-to-date on product updates and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 3. Adaptable to changing environments and priorities. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. 6. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
