Job Description:
Yeply, a leading company in the field of remote customer service, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team. This is a part-time remote position based in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI, with the opportunity for growth within the company. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for our customers. 5. Utilize strategic planning and decision-making skills to address complex customer situations. 6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals by providing top-notch service at all times.
Requirements: 1. Adaptable and motivated individual who thrives in a remote working environment. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers of all backgrounds. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to resolve customer issues. 4. Proven experience in strategic planning and decision-making. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software is a plus.
