Job Description:
Measur is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction for our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 5. Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution to maintain customer loyalty. 6. Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer service operations.
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service management. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. - Confident and resilient personality traits. - Adaptability and persuasion soft skills. - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
