Job Description:
Loupedeck, a leading provider of creative editing tools, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to work remotely. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship management.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to customers - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality and consistency - Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Train and onboard new customer service team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - 7 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong leadership and communication skills - Driven and reliable personality traits - Research skills and attention to detail - Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
