Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Cargotec is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. This role requires a high level of independence and resourcefulness, as well as strong teamwork and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance management - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor customer interactions and provide feedback to team members - Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Ensure that customer service goals and metrics are met or exceeded - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of managing a team and achieving customer service goals - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred - Resourceful and independent personality traits - Strong teamwork and critical thinking skills
