Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As an entry-level position, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Energetic and motivated personality traits. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to innovate solutions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
