Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

HMD Global is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Provide support with product information, order status, and general customer service inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist with the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 2. Adaptability to work in a remote and fast-paced environment. 3. Strong negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively. 4. Must be dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 5. Reliable and able to work independently. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
