Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Marimekko is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a leading Finnish design house known for its bold prints and colors, we are looking for individuals who are driven, confident, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, shipping, returns, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our system - Collaborate with other team members to improve the customer experience and support company objectives - Meet and exceed service level agreements and key performance indicators - Contribute to a positive working environment and culture of empathy and understanding

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Driven and confident personality traits - Soft skills in persuasion and planning - Ability to work part-time hours on a remote basis
