Job Description:
Paptic, a leading sustainable packaging company, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our remote team in Turku, Finland. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers. This position is perfect for an energetic and resilient individual with at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up - Assist customers with product inquiries, issues, and feedback - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and deliver presentations to customers on product updates and features - Work closely with the customer success manager to address customer concerns and escalations - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update customer records
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred - 2+ years of experience in a customer success or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion skills and ability to influence customer behavior - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
