Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Basware is currently seeking a hardworking and independent Customer Success Associate to join our team. This is a remote work opportunity, meaning you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Success Associate at Basware, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, understanding their needs and providing timely and effective solutions. 2. Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and offer support. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues. 5. Provide training and guidance to customers on how to maximize the value of our products and services. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services. 7. Monitor and analyze customer data to track trends and identify areas for improvement. 8. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to advocate for customer needs and drive product enhancements.

Requirements: - 4 years of relevant experience in customer success or a related field. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to think strategically. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
