Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

GrainSense is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our remote team based in Tampere, Finland. As a part-time position at the Associate level, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual with excellent planning and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to help them maximize the value of our solutions - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any issues or concerns - Gather feedback from customers to help inform product development and improvements - Monitor customer usage data and identify trends to prevent customer churn - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts - Assist with the onboarding process for new customers and ensure a smooth transition

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
