Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Success Associate to join our team at MariaDB. This is a remote part-time position based in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland, with the opportunity for entry level professionals to gain valuable experience in the tech industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience and possess exceptional communication skills, strategic planning abilities, and high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services based on customer feedback - Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Provide training and support to customers to enhance their experience with our products - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning abilities and emotional intelligence - Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Experience with CRM software and other customer management tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
