Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Success Associate to join our team at Next Games. This is a remote work position based in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level position, we are seeking someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat. - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and to address any issues or concerns. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries and escalations in a timely and effective manner. - Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention through feedback and data analysis. - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies and initiatives. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success.

Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking individual with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. - Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. - Strong communication, cooperation, and interpersonal skills. - Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer interaction. - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
