Job Description:
Smartly.io is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Success Manager to join our team in a remote work position. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success using our platform. You will work closely with the Sales and Product teams to understand customer needs and provide them with the best solutions. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their concerns.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and providing proactive support and guidance - Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to understand client needs and find solutions to help them achieve their goals - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure they are seeing value from our platform and troubleshoot any issues that arise - Provide training and onboarding support to clients to ensure they are using the platform effectively - Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most relevant insights and recommendations - Drive customer retention and growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and drive product improvements
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills - Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities concurrently - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools - Experience working with advertising or digital marketing platforms is a plus
