Customer Success Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

ICEYE is seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with ICEYE's products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback, working closely with internal teams to address and resolve them in a timely manner - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer retention and growth - Provide training and support to customers on how to effectively use ICEYE's products and services to achieve their goals - Monitor customer usage and engagement data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives - Represent ICEYE at customer meetings, events, and conferences to promote the company's value proposition and build brand loyalty

Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues - Strong persuasion skills to influence customer behavior and drive desired outcomes - Experience working remotely and managing customer relationships from a distance - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and collaboration tools - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
