Customer Success Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Success Officer to join our team at Relex Solutions. This is a remote work position based in Helsinki, Uusimaa, Finland. As a part-time team member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the success of our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance on our products and services. 2. Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and help them achieve their business goals. 3. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 4. Collaborate with our sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Provide training and resources to clients to help them maximize the value of our products. 7. Monitor customer satisfaction and retention rates and take proactive steps to ensure customer success.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 3. Energetic and confident personality with excellent communication skills. 4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. 5. Experience working remotely and managing a flexible schedule. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or conferences.
