Customer Success Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

TietoEVRY is seeking a dedicated and reliable Customer Success Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and challenges - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on our offerings - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in onboarding new customers and guiding them through the implementation process

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
