10Monkeys, a leading educational technology company based in Helsinki, Finland, is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Customer Success Officer. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, making it ideal for candidates located anywhere in the world.
As a Customer Success Officer at 10Monkeys, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional support and guidance. You will be the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may encounter, and offering personalized assistance to help them maximize the value of our products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for new and existing customers, as well as collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to promote customer engagement and retention.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making. Cooperation and presentation skills are essential for effectively working with customers and colleagues alike. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role is required, preferably in the education or technology sector.
