Customer Success Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Beneq is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our remote team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. This position is perfect for a driven and resilient individual with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or related fields. As an Associate Level Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and address any issues or concerns they may have - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers to ensure they are utilizing our products to their fullest potential - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers - Collect and analyze customer feedback to provide valuable insights to our product development team - Use data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals set by the company

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and driven personality traits - Excellent presentation skills - Strong time management skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
