Job Description:
Curious AI is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers' success by providing exceptional support and solutions to their inquiries and issues. This role will be remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Identify and address customer needs and concerns, proactively offering solutions and assistance - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Provide guidance and support to customers on how to effectively utilize our products and services - Track and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in strategic planning and implementation of customer success initiatives - Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained - Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism - Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of strategic planning and people management - Resourceful and dedicated mindset - Ability to adapt to changing situations and think creatively in problem-solving
